New things.....

The little bags for give-away are going to these homes....

# 26 Anthea... for her 5 year old niece

# 18 Helen.... for her 2 girls Beautiful Bridget and Sweatheart Chloe (I'll send 2 to you Helen... )

# 28 Nicky ... for her littlest girl....

Please send me your snail mail addresses ladies and I'll get them in the post...

Thanks for the compliments ..... as always I wish I could send to everyone.... but remember the link is HERE... and you can make your own... only needs little pieces... in no time you can make 5 and do a give-away too!!  I really do get a thrill when people want the thingies I make....

Last week my iron deceased on me... so a new one was got....

Hubz said I could have a nice new sturdy ironing board too.... (I don't know how I put up with the rickety one before!!)

3 years ago Mum-in-lay came and stayed and mentioned about my ironing board and cover..... it was bad then!!!!

Then my mop fell to pieces.... so this is also new and better than before ... don't you love that fluro green????

Today my kettle has a hissy fit and spat sparks at me.....

.... okay, okay... that's 3 things... no more!!

(the non electrical mop is the most expensive item.... it should wipe on it's own!)

As much as I love new things.... I'd rather be shopping for fabric... or an icecream maker....

Righto, Gotto Go... off to town we go....

Congratulations to the winners. At least it was three small items and not the Fridge, washing machine and Hot water service :o)

Very gorgeous new header Bubz...love it! Cute bags, will check out the tutorial. Why does everything break at once...that happens here too!

Oh dear....you can live without a mop, but not the iron or kettle. I hope those three are your bad luck over and done with for 2013! I love your little bags too, but alas, no little girl to make one for.

Gotta have that kettle, how else will you get to make your cuppa? I'm thinking a new ironing board would be A Good Thing.....mine is nearly 40 years old......

Congratulations to the winners of those sweet little bags. I think enough is enough and you've had your three things give out on you. I bet that mop was expensive but love the fluro colour!!!
Cheers, Anita.

Ok That's it. No more hissy fits in your place for a while please. Much better to spend your time and money on more important things - and we all know what they are. (apart from the kettle of course, cos how else will we be able to come chat with you while the kettle is on).

It does seem to go like that doesnt it - everything at once. I hope there was an ice cream maker on special for you as well.....

Okay, so nothing else should go wrong, now!

I'm deadly on irons - I once got a year out of an expensive one - that seems to be an all-time record foro me. Generally I get about 3-6 months of regular use (certainly not on clothes though, LOL) before they give up the ghost!

Sweet little bags ... congrats to the winners :)

Now you'll be able to press seems with ease, mop swiftly and enjoy a nice cuppa while planning a fabric shopping list :)

lol, there can't be much more that needs replacing! Reminds me, I need a new mop too, always forget when I go shopping, it's never high on my list of priorities.
Have fun planning you next little makes

They do go in 3's. Now icecream maker story. We bought a cheap Mistral one and found it hopeless. Love making homemade icecream in my cuisinart which you can get for about $150 from 'House'. The link should show the one I have which is stainless steele.

Woopee! My littlest Miss K will be so excited when I tell her the news in the morning..... Thanks so much for your very generous giveaway. If it wasn't that we need an iron to make quilts, I'd be ditching mine for an ice-cream maker too.....

Love that new header!! Congrats to the winners. There are going to be a few happy little girls. I brought a little purse to a 3 yr. old friend of mine this past weekend and you would have thought I hung the moon!! Such fun. Sorry you've had to replace so many necessities! At MY house it's the BIG ones, unfortunately!

lovely new domestic accessories.
Just wants to make you get out a huge pile of ironing and iron away all day, doesn't it?.....................
Oops sorry must have blacked out for a moment, I think it was the photo of the iron on the new ironing board that did it.

Congrats to the lovely winners. I hate it when things break! At least after the second one you are prepared and waiting for the third, lol. Hope the carnage has stopped there :) And I do love the fluoro green mop, do kettles come in that colour?
