3rd week of November

This week I have made progress on my Table runner embroidery.....

Slow but steady...

On Tuesday one of the girls walked us through making folded stars ..... these are the ones I made...

The next day I wanted to do a couple of Tilda ones... so my cluster grew....

Then I couldn't resist one more......

It just happens it's little.... but took twice as long!!!

If I keep going there can be a constellation.... or even a galaxy....

Righto, Gotto Go.... stinking hot so I'll go and hide ....

Have a lovely lovely weekend.....xx

Great progress on the table runner. Lots of things to look at. I love it. I'm also in love with your folded stars and a tiny weeny one. Too cute. Stay cool. We had snow again this week but didn't care to take a picture. Snow is snow, right? Enjoy! ;^)

Your embroidery is looking gorgeous. Those stars are a blast from the past. I had a couple of those in my Christmas box - the one that went missing when we moved sadly. Have fun with your galaxy. xx

Your embroidery is lovely, Fiona! Someone showed me how to make those stars a few years ago, I made one.....had good intentions of making more, but so far none.....slightly cooler here today, a welcome change.

Love the table runner, it's gorgeous. The stars are very cute. Funny thing i've had a tutorial bookmarked to make them & still haven't made start. :)

These beautiful colors of your embroidery are magnificent... continue to enjoy your work.
I only know the stars you made... with paper... they are very popular with us and decorate the Advent bouquets or the Christmas tree.
What a good idea to make the stars out of fabric.
A hug to you. Viola wishes you a happy Sunday

The colours are looking gorgeous in your embroidery.
Great work with the folded stars, too. You may need a special tree for them?
