Prettiness ...............

There are not a lot of things I really really really want but I do love these chairs and have heard lots of good reports about them.....

So this is what I got from Hubz......

I don't think he knew it was going to have a secret stash hiding place!!! haha

I do admit so far so good - it is my main quilting chair and nice and firm for the legs and that short back is supporting the small of my back well..... and it rolls so nicely - I can zoom around the room!

I was also gifted this lovely set of creams from Marion and Steph at The Quilters Angel - very sweet of them.

The creams are just lovely and feel very silky and not at all oily - and a perfect size to have in the handbag, sewing bag and by my chair.....

... well I have put the creams in a special place and the lovely little bag has found another use!

These clever little bags with see through are great to know what is or is not in there....

I've continued with sewing up some tags for the No Fuss SAL - Living the Dream

They really are fun and pretty.....

On Tuesday with the ChooseDay girls I sewed up some more of the tags I had done into strips and joined them together ....

There is still a few rows to do - the quilt is much bigger than I thought it would be and I just love it....

Nice chair, a local shop here sells them.....a woman in our group who always has the Latest and Greatest has one to go with her Top-of-the-Line machines! I like the hidey hole, just right for the stash of choccies....That's a sweet quilt, very soft and pretty.

as you said...a lot of prettiness...I have heard only good things about those chairs and really it beats me why they are so good - but I know they are. I am looking forward to doing my Ruth's Quilt too.

Oh-la-la I love how your quilt is looing!! Woot woot I'd better get stitching and sewing - I haven't cut into my fabric yet but it sure looks fun! It's good to hear you are enjoying your chair, it's such a stunner in your sewing area.

I'm envious of your pretty chair! I only have room for a little stool like you see at the doctor's office. That clear bag looks perfect to hold some of your hand stitching supplies :)

Fun chair! And look at you sew many great projects on the go and a great way to take at least one with you in the new case. Have a great week my friend. In stitches

Fiona your Ruth's Quilt is coming along so beautifully... clever you already sewing some of it together.
Beauty/toiletry bags are so handy for cray purposes, well done on this one that had the creams in it!

Gorgeous gifts all round. The chairs are great. Definitely good support. Didn't think of using mine to hide things but I do like that idea.
Your quilt is growing beautifully.
