Santa Sack Swap part 2

Well.. I showed you all the lovely goodies I got... but there was a catch to this swap... I had to send goodies too!!!

(sorry.. lots of pictures... I didn't always remember to take them in groups and I wanted to add links where appropriate ..... )

I made up this bag using a stitchery from Michelle and this tutorial (I enlarged the bag) .....

The candle mat was made using a lovely pattern I received last year (from Shez?)..... I love the weight of the thicker felt for the candlemat... of course a little scented candle went too!

... something to make.... I love Annie Downs designs and I love the little bon bons... so I hope Cathy does too... and a little decoration to hang on the tree....

... a table runner and matching hot pot mat.... and a dishcloth, washcloth and cute little teapot spoon...

another pattern... this time a card holder by Bronwyn Hayes with a notebook, christmas bird heart (Rosalie Quinlan design),  a charm pack and other bits and bobs....

... gotta have some sewing accessories...

... and this is what I sent for the main giftie.... I love this design and made one for myself last year (Gail Pan) .... the little hanger is sweet too and I hope will give Cathy lots of Christmas cheer for years to come....

.... so that was my contribution..... Cathy wrote to say she loved it all... so both of us are happy little elves....

Thanks again to Cheryl for organising this fun swap....

Righto... Gotto Go.... so, so, so stinking hot and dry so I'm off to find somewhere cool .......

You really made her a lot of beautiful things and things she can enjoy creating herself, that is the best kind of swap.

You have sent great gifts, a lot of time and thought in them too. Especially like the way you have done the binding and points on the wall hanging, they really finish it off well. Let me know if you can find a cool spot, it's hot and dry here too.

Beautiful gifts. The weather here is not bad at all, so much so that I'm in 3/4 length jeans and a long sleaved top so you are welcome to come on down :o) hugs
