Be Still My Heart.....

Block 9 of Butterfly Garden

There has been quite a few of these pretty daisies for me to practice needleturn on....

and I have so loved doing the prettiest little stitcheries....

dainty little flowers in corners...

and pretty butterflies scattered all over.....

sprigs of prettiness...

daisies and hearts..

these are all 9 blocks together .... hard to see all the detail but many of the individual blocks are shown HERE if you would like to see more detail.....

Block 9 was March's goal.... now for the borders this month...

I am so going to miss stitching these .... sooooo much......

Righto, Gotto Go.... borders to cut....

Have you had a project that you are sad to see finished?

When I finish something big like that it is a little sad to finish but joy takes over at seeing the finished item and I can think- I did that.

  3. Its absolutely diving Fiona, and your stitchery and needleturn is faultless. I made Leannes house in a BOM, and had so much fabric and loved it that I made a second one for my DIL, but embroidered their names and wedding date in the centre.
