I had a chat to young Beau the other night..... he was entranced
... and I sewed a label on his quilt (I had a little boy quilt ready made just in case)
... I'm sure he will like baby elephants...
... everyone likes baby elephants don't they? ....
... and a menagerie of animals on the back .....
... just a cot size quilt to keep him snug during these winter months....
Righto, Gotto Go..... outside in the sun is just too lovely .. warmer out than in at the moment....

Lovely! both bubby and the quilt! I have a set of those elephants embroidered too! just haven't turned them in to a quilt top. Seeing your lovely quilt just might get me moving !! Cold here in Brissie too, actually lit our first fire last night and already have one on now. Beautiful days though!

I'm sure he was listening most intently! After all grandparents always say they are not asleep- only resting their eyes, lol. He will love the baby elephants and the menagerie, it's a lovely snuggly winter quilt :)
