Hubz is away for the weekend - and it's cold and wet... so I stocked up with a nice pot of home made soup and my Precious, with a quilt to finish.... some videos, an audio book... with hand work to do ..... slippers and tracksuit...... mmmmmm
Amazing how much can get done when you don't have to tidy up...... or get dressed.... or make the bed......

Isn't it just lovely when you can mooch around and do what you like.. especially sewing... I hope you love needleturn applique, once you get going it does become addictive.. I started a Baltimore and just loved it (did you note the word 'start'!!!)

An MFW (man free weekend) sounds like good fun. Oh how things change with old age...when I was much younger a weekend with my man sounded wonderful.
It is amazing how productive one can be without distractions.
You got a lot more done than I did, lol. I just made one simple eyeglass case, I am so lazy.

Hey Fiona! Must have been the weekend for mooching around in jammies and stitching ... if only I could've skipped the headcold part that went with mine!! This is another quilt in my WISP pile ... have three blocks finished, but need to cross a few things off the ol "To Do" list before I get back to it ... one day! Need more weekends like this one ...
