Not sure if your "Bread" kit is open to USA residents, but please count me in. I love the way yours turned out.

Of course I will send to USA ... I'll send you an email to get your snail mail address......

I see others put the random thing and comments in nice boxes and lines..... I can't do that so you have my copy and paste way...... haha

If you haven't been round to Talin's Corner before pop over HERE.... she always has lots of lovely things to see... I just love the pincushion she has just made.... and an amazing Crazy Log Cabin quilt top - which is just another one I'd like to try...... mmmm

Hubz is away for the weekend -  and it's cold and wet... so I stocked up with a nice pot of home made soup and my Precious, with a quilt to finish.... some videos, an audio book... with hand work to do ..... slippers and tracksuit...... mmmmmm

Amazing how much can get done when you don't have to tidy up...... or get dressed.... or make the bed......

Magical pinwheels....

.... free motion quilting....

Christmas Crafts ....

Thanks everyone for wonderful Needleturn tips on the last post......

6 1/2" square blocks ....

little stitcheries......

Well... I'm off to put the kettle on.... and I do have to go outside for a bit... the birds need some seed, the dog needs a doodle, and the fish want some snacks......... some chores cannot be avoided!!

Hope you get to spend some time in your Happy Place this weekend.....

  6. An MFW (man free weekend) sounds like good fun. Oh how things change with old age...when I was much younger a weekend with my man sounded wonderful.

  10. My hubs is going out of town this next week. I would be very looking forward to the time alone...but I won't exactly be alone. So, I am not thinking I'll get a lot done. I am sure going to try though!

  18. Hey Fiona! Must have been the weekend for mooching around in jammies and stitching ... if only I could've skipped the headcold part that went with mine!! Love how your Butterfly Garden block is taking shape ... This is another quilt in my WISP pile ... have three blocks finished, but need to cross a few things off the ol "To Do" list before I get back to it ... one day! Need more weekends like this one ... Jammies and stitching! :0) Have a great week! Bear Hugs! KRIS
