Another wonderful project shown at Warwick Jazz and Jumpers is a yarn installation.... this year the theme was underwater
These lovely large jellyfish decorated the outside of the building
Inside was just so much to see and the lighting made you feel like you were underwater or in an aquarium
Another exhibit I enjoyed was art quilts
there were a number of quilts around the walls...
and some fabrics that had been collected on her travels...
So those were the main exhibits.... the rose bushes were given flowers....
.. and the local RSL had decorations on their tables....
There was also an Artisan's marketplace which had lovely quality hand made goodies...
I had to stop taking pictures.... would fill a year of blog posts!!!
A lovely day out .... I hope you have had fun looking at the pictures and maybe inspired some ideas....

You always make me jealous when you post photos of Jumpers and Jazz……One year……. I love the underwater theme. There is a lady that enters crochet in our local show and this year she entered an underwater scene, quite reminiscent of the one you shared. Our local lady wins prizes at the Sydney Royal with her work. The organisers and creator must have so much fun decorating the town.
Love the fun yarn bombing! And the quilts....I have seen some of Sue Dennis' work in the past, she is very clever.
What an enchanting day this must have been. I so love the photos and I get it when you say "you feel like you were underwater or in an aquarium. It does transpire in the photos. I want some of those jelly fish. Too cute. Everything is adorable. So much talent!! Have you ever participated? ;^)

What an incredible exhibition of wool. These are an amazing group of people. Such a lovely display.
The sea theme works so well and I agree with you about how well the lighting with the displays.
The street art is fun, too. I am quite impressed with the sheep. Great idea to have the hand made flowers in amongst the real ones.
The small quilts looked fascinating and would have been a lovely display just on their own as well..
You are very fortunate to have nearby groups organising these displays.
Again, thank you for sharing.
Thanks for all the pics - the underwater idea is great.
