Girls Stitch In.....

Girls Stitch In is hosted by The Quilters Angel

It's always lovely to see a place setting with a pretty parcel and your name on it.....

and table decorations to set the scene....

the theme was Christmas.... strange for March you might think... but oh so much fun

the designers brought oodles of samples....

these are what Nicki Tervo (Brandy Gully Designs) came up with... a star swag and a dresden plate

Linda Blake (Bella Embroidery Designs) created this wall hanging....

... and dear Kris also designed a lovely pattern set with the same fabrics.... a swag, a bauble bag and stocking....

in my bag was the start for Linda's wallhanging and I have managed to finish stitching it last night

Of course it is lovely meeting the designers, getting their patterns, playing with the fabrics but the best part is laughing with all the other stitchers at the table....

Of course there was food, and more food, and christmas treats, and prizes and demonstrations but I forgot photo's for the most part.....

Quilters Angel have put up lots of fun pictures on their blog... have a pop along HERE

Stitchers Dream Day Out is in September... with Libby Richardson and Debbie Magee - I can't wait ......

Righto, Gotto Go ........ I'm sorry to swear but I have to do H.*#2work....
