I do love a list and have a blog page HERE where I list projects that are carrying over from the year before, and a few started during the year!!!!:
These are UFO projects that I managed to finish in 2025. You will notice quilt tops are included (I count those as a First Finish and then they make the Quilting Queue)
I still have more of these little stitcheries but they haven't been started.....

Scrappy Stars... happy with the blocks I have made... still got lots of coloured scraps so will build up lights for backgrounds than I can do more as they work well for using up all sorts of colours.

So many beautiful projects done in 2025. My favourte is (of course) Field Journal made with hexies. Do you have drawer for each project? Gosh! Wouldn't I love to be so organized. Wow! You did an awesome job on the Sashiko project. you have also finished all those gorgeous Sashiko Christmas decorations you gave away. That counts for a lot. Love seeing your embroidered table runner again. Now, I have to go stitch something and make it as beautiful as you do. 🥰 ;^)
Gorgeous projects Fiona.
I'm borrowing your "first finish" term 😊
Happy New Year
You are a wonder! So many lovely finishes and having seen your Field Notes in person....it's devine! I am hoping the Quilt Muse will help me get back to Caswell next year..*wink I do love your embroidered table runner too xxx
You have made good progress, Fiona! First finish is a good term....I recall seeing quilt tops displayed in a quilt show many years ago with the label "Quilts of the future".
You worked on so many lovely projects, many tops ready to quilt in 2026.
The Field Journal stitcheries are gorgeous made into the quilt and the embroidery is very pretty.
Have fun creating in 2026.

A very productive year. I look forward to blogging with you again in the New Year.
You have had some great finishes and there are some lovely projects to look forward to working on next year. I too love the embroidered table runner. Looking forward to following your progress in 2026. xx
All that progress is something to celebrate. It must feel good to have some finishes and progress on the others.
