Yesterday I caught the bus with Toowoomba Quilters to go to Brisbane Quilt and Craft Fair.
Loved the quilts.... loads of pictures and loads more I didn't get pictures of (due to phone camera running out of battery!)
The theme for one group was an interpretation of 'magic'
I have tried to get a picture of the whole quilt, a bit of close up and the tag with it showing details and in particular the maker... they were so good...
you will see the tag suggests taking a picture with the flash on.... look what happens!
I thought these dogs were so well done... they look like photographs...
Michelle and I discussed our interpretation of magic..... not sure where to start trying to put it into art...
but part of magic in my life is friendship.... so it was great to enjoy the day with friends...
I'll do another post with other pictures.... mostly you can scroll through.
