However, I had to admit he was right on that occasion
(I repeat the chorus - once, and only once!)
and Mum's Meat Loaf is now the only one I make.
I know my Mom-in-Law reads my blog (she lives in England) so
"THANKS MOM"
FIONA'S MOM-IN-LAWS FABULOUS MEAT LOAF
500 g sausage meat
500 g mince
2 chopped onions
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 Tbsp parsley
1 egg
1 Dsp curry
salt and pepper
500 g mince

2. Add 1 cup milk and ½ cup water
3. Mix well
4. Bake in a greased loaf tin for 30 minutes at 180° (2 smaller loaf tins - or one large)
5. Whilst baking prepare sauce
Sauce
½ cup water
½ cup tomato sauce
¼ cup Worcester sauce
¼ cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp vinegar
25 g margarine
1. Mix and boil for 5 minutes
2. Pour sauce on top and bake for 45 minutes
Serve on a bed or rice with mixed vegetables (or salad)
Go back for seconds.......

Hmm...if I ever decide to cook again I'll try that meatloaf. It looks delicious. Love the bunting too.
