FNWF

Thank you Cheryll, always fun to sew with you and others....

I had a few appointments during the day.... eye tests, flu shots .... blah blah blah and they always take longer than I expected.

However, a start was made on another quilt using Terra Australis fabrics, this one is a Chandalier quilt - another free pattern and great for scraps I think.

In the evening I finished off another Field Journal embroidery... this time a snail, not my favourite find in a garden but I do like how he worked out in stitches.

Cold and wet and dark, we are hoping it will be dry enough to go and watch the big Widget play footy.   But first coffee and a visit HERE to see what others have done.

Take care, have a great weekend.....xx

I agree that snails 🐌 🐌 in the garden are awful but your stitched one is cute…

  11. I do love that snail - such lovely stitching - better in a quilt than in the garden, that is for sure.

  18. You’ll have a good excuse to go fabric shopping after using so much of your existing stash lately. Chandeliers should look so different to puzzle box with the dark background.
