Month end.... month beginning

And goodbye to September, hello October....

Cheryll hosts WOOFA..... where we work on something hanging around and Kris hosts OPAM where we count up the things we have made over the month.

I finished off this pinwheel quilt at long last.... a few years ago I was given some HST scraps and I added some colours to it.... it is a happy quilt....

During September retreat with the Brisbane girls I made a couple of things.... this little bag - very clever little pattern... sew sew, turn through and it's done....

Then another of the ladies there helped me with this pedal non slip mat... works a treat!

... and I made up this little vinyl bag... fabric I had purchased when we visited shops at our last retreat!

... so now my next WOOFA project is out... I want to finish this quilt .... I bought these printed squares from a New Zealand business (which has since stopped) at a show several years ago and sewed them together a few years ago.... it will be a lovely lightweight quilt...

Righto, Gotto Go.... storms didn't eventuate here... we got a silly bit of rain and some gusty winds .... a bit of a let down really.... but the air is clean and the sun is shining and it looks beautiful outside...

Have a lovely weekend....
