Yesterday I bought some backing for the panel I received from Ingrid.... it's really quite yummy and if I wore and made dresses I would use this fabric
For my handwork lately I have been focussing on my Steady Thread SAL as I am way behind. I think I am up to week 11 and should be at week 33. There is no penalties of course and the pressure is self inflicted but I know that if I get too far behind I am likely to give up. A free SAL shared by Clare of Steady Thread on facebook.
I worked on this tumbler quilt using a Rachelle Denneny online course I purchased

ReplyDeleteLovely fabric and I really like your appliques, I´m not very good at the quilting, practice makes perfect, but then I hesitate to start. I´ve a hexagon quilt to do but can´t think how to do it, have to do a google xcx

The blackwork is lovely Fiona, I love that the designs all represent something, a little more modern than the designs Mum has done in the past. Good on you being so determined with your Moxie - you're mastering it well!!! It is a big step from the Sw16, technique wise.
