Cheryll still managed to host us at FNWF even though she was off in the campervan.... thanks my friend....
I had another night sewing little thin stems on my next CWB block
That's all the stems now... I will do some flower buds next......
On Saturday we picked up Widget and went for another country drive, the opposite direction to last week up to The Bunya Mountains...
Beautiful view points to stop at.... there was a bit of haze but pretty clear after our recent rains...
It's always lovely in the forest, last time we went it was very dry so great to see some of the undergrowth ferns coming to life again....
... and another sort on the side of an old log....
Up at the cafe area there were a few wallabies ... they are always lovely to watch
My calves are feeling the walk today... not terribly long (about 4km) but a fair amount of up and down parts - I certainly earned my Bunya Nut Icecream at the end....
Of course I didn't sit idly in the car.....
a one washcloth trip....
I did a moss stitch for this one....
Righto, Gotta Go, I want to cut some squares of fabric today from my scraps.... after I have been HERE to see what everyone else did who joined us at FNWF.....
Your stems are beautifully made, I have never been able to make them well.
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful place to go for a drive and beautiful scenery.
