Sewing Strips......

I thought a sewer of strips of fabric could be termed a stripper.... but apparently that doesn't fit the definition ....!!!!

Ooooops....

I have had a happy time stripping....  sewing strips .....

.... and more stripping .....lots of strips....

... and then slightly different stripping.... sewing the strips together....

... until a pattern on a flimsy formed.....

... can you spot the mistake in my act?.....

.... here is a close up.....

... a bit of reverse stripping and it is all fixed.....

... fresh and pretty....

There were some blocks of white and colours left over and I have a little 'hint' of a need for grandiegirls made.... (nothing to do with stripping I might say - more of  a square dance this time) ...

Righto, Gotto Go.... I'm trying to tidy up things .. that's why this project came to light....

  1. I see your sentiment, the maker of stripes could be a stripper........ whatever you call it, I love your quilt, very pretty, and no I couldn't spot the mistake. Lovely way to pass the time rather than tidying up xcx
