This week I got a lovely surprise in the post
Such a pretty piece of laminate fabric - I'm looking forward to making something up with it
Thanks Wendy - who hosts the Birthday Love Stash... not only does she encourage us to stock up on some gifts.. but she sends us gifts for doing it!!!
I feel I am doing a lot of longer term projects... and felt like a nice quick finish of something I have been meaning to do for a while...

(I saw this some time ago on Sue's blog - thanks for the idea)
... yesterday's beautiful winter day that felt like spring was perfect for it....
I used a little lace curtain that was removed long ago from the bathroom window ......
tidied up the edges and slice into lengths....
and sliced up into my triangles....
since I don't like waste I decided to cut the narrow pieces into rectangles and use them too..
... stitched them onto a nice long length of sturdy ribbon....
I love my lace bunting...
... and I love the shadows on the concrete....
Righto, Gotto Go.... back to some of the long term projects...
