Kisses for you....

Little Miss K is handing out free Kisses....

Over the years I participated in Sue's Block Swap project....  I stopped last year as I just wasn't keeping up with using up the blocks I had collected.  It's a great way to get blocks and also learn new skills by making other people's blocks.

One of the selections I had was for rail fence blocks in pastel colours .. and this month I have made them up into little quilts for Cheryll's Blankets of Love project

quilted and lined with flannel

... they are 24" square...

...( I might have had a bit of fun with the quilting)..

.. and I used single ones lined with flannel for smaller ones that might be needed...

... glad that these will go a little way to helping comfort broken hearts....

Righto, Gotto Go.....  this little project is to be played with ....

I hope you all have a wonderful weekend....

  2. Great idea, Fiona......the group to which I belonged in Sydney used to make Quilts of Love. It's a very worthy cause. Sadly the group here in the Small Smoke doesn't, because just one member is very sensitive.
