Pretty pretty is done....

This weekend I finished off the binding for my Paris Flea Market Sampler Quilt...

I'm very happy with how it has worked out (the reds are not actually as loud as they show in the picture)

... it was fun using a jelly roll
.... it was fun making each different block
and
.... it was fun playing with such pretty fabric....

I made a few of these sweet little decorations which have now landed in their new homes ... the pattern was given free to us last year by Gail Pan ... you can find it HERE....

.. thanks Gail... I know it has been well loved as I have seen quite a few of them around blogland...

Shez puts the pretty beads around the edges of hers and helped me find what I needed... I love that extra bit of bling... thanks Shez...

I first saw this stitchery project on Christine's blog and knew I just HAD to have it .... so the kit was my early Christmas gift to myself this year ...

The stitchery part is finished and it will go in a frame and decorate someone specials home this year..... (but I think I will have to make another for myself!)

Righto, Gotto Go ..... I cleaned up a space this morning and found a bunch of started and never finished items! ....
