Bags of room.....

This is me with a bag .......

Now, I am not a dinky little thing.... the bag is big....

A shop sample I made up from a kit .... I love the peacock... which is on the front and back pockets ...

The bag has large pockets in the front and back and on the sides .....

Limited kits are available from Quilters Angel

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
..... meanwhile.... back at the homestead...
.... I'm working on the scrappy strips .....
.... sewing them into tubes....
... slicing the tubes up ...... and then unpicking rows....
lining up the stitched, sliced, and unpicked rows....
.... and making up lots of scrappy blocks....
.... there's a few to go....
.... but I'm liking the look of it.....
Scrappy Trip around the World from Bonnie Hunter ...
(I wonder if Sharon and Susan recognise any of the fabrics in here?)
Righto, Gotto Go..... you know where I'll be......
  1. Lovely bag Fiona! That would be perfect for an over-nighter or a quilt retreat. Terrific trip around the world quilt, too. I have tons of strips. Maybe a trip around the world (quilt) is in my future, too!
  22. The bag is very much the size and style of the (very large) bag I made a couple of years ago to take my gear to classes. It fits in all but the kitchen sink I think. The fabric is beautiful. Love those peacocks. Scrappy Trip is coming along nicely.
