G'day from Norfolk, England
Sandringham Estate is the Norfork Retreat for the British Royal Family and is the place Queen Elizabeth and her family celebrate Christmas
A beautiful historic building set amongst the gardens
Several rooms are open to the public at this time but no photographs allowed inside, however, the rooms were lovely and set as they would be when the family is in residence
the holly in the garden is preparing for Christmas
Beautiful lake and gardens
today was overcast and cool but not too wet to enjoy a lovely walk
Autumn colours showing in the gardens....... the residence in the background
Late flowering crocus plants....
I took this picture of the family tree - my maiden name was Worsley - I am reliabily informed this is a cousin of a cousin!!!
Righto, Gotto Go, my brush with royalty is done for the day
Glad you arrived safely. I've never been to Sandringham, it's a beautiful part of the country
