This quilt was made using 'vintage' blankets and chenille
I love the blanket square patches
I couldn't pass up the opportunity to practice some more feathers....
stitch in the ditch quilting around the dogs and along the squares.... free motion round the little daisies...
.... finishing off the eyes... nice and secure....
a bit of fun with the backing... also 'vintage' brushed cotton and flannel....
... someone has already chosen it as a favourite at Nana's house....
This is one of Toni's lovely patterns... it was in a Australian Homespun magazine but she does have them available HERE... her dogs have hats now...so very cute....
