FNSI

I did manage to accomplish a bit on my first FNSI ..... I got on the machine and put the doggy blocks together...


Silent Witness, which I enjoy watching, was on TV so I put the finishing touches to my September Birdie Block
I rather like my multicoloured hippie tree


There were 161 people linked in for FNSI - I hope I can find time to visit some of them???

It's Carnival time here... I spent the day at our very first Creative Arts exhibition

we have a little stand
(that's my fast moving friend Bev)

    Beautiful quilts, such exquisite work, I enjoy stumpwork and thought the 3D work was lovely, thanks for sharing. Love your little hippie tree and bird too

    Great FNSI Fiona, your doggie quilt is lovely. I love the flower squares you used on the sashing.

    Lots of eye candy there. Your dog top is gorgeous. The quilt with the oriental vases is unbelievable. Love the magpies and the embroideries too.
    I will have to check the Homespun to see if you are there.

    Cute doggy quilt for some lucky person. Thank you for sharing the gorgeous quilts. I love the blue and white ginger jar quilt - just stunning, and amazing embroidery too. I am often astounded at the needlework some women do. thanks for sharing.

    Love the dogs - they look great. I watch Silent Witness - but haven't for awhile! A great show. Love the quilts at your Creative Fair - wow! What talent. I have Homespun - but haven't had a chance to read it properly yet - will have to get it out now and have a good look through!

    How much is that doggie in the window..... great job I can hardly wait to see it complete.
    I hope that I can join in next month I will have to mark it on the calendar sew that ti too can join in on the fun, and get something done at the same time
